How much does a permit for building a hall cost?
The cost of obtaining a building permit for a hall primarily depends on the scope of the design documentation, the type of facility, and the required approvals. The application submission itself is usually free of charge, but costs are incurred for the preparation of the building design, the survey map for design purposes, specialist opinions, and any expert reports. In practice, the total cost can range from several to over ten thousand zlotys – the larger and more complex the hall, the greater the scope of design work.
How much does it cost to build a hall?
The cost of building a steel hall depends on its intended use, dimensions, height, loads, type of cladding, and the technology planned within the facility. Foundations, cranes, insulation, doors, and additional equipment also affect the cost. Therefore, the cost can only be determined after analysing the investment assumptions.

Which hall can be erected without a permit?
In accordance with current regulations, some structures can be built based on a notification, without a full building permit. For larger steel structures – warehouse, agricultural, production – it is usually necessary to obtain a permit. At the investment analysis stage, we advise on the appropriate formal procedure for a specific hall.
